Science, cooking and photography all come together at Nathan Myhrvold’s new gallery at the Forum Shops at Caesars. The founder of The Cooking Lab, lead author of Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking and Modernist Cuisine at Home and author of The Photography of Modernist Cuisine opened his first gallery, Modernist Cuisine Gallery.
Visitors can buy limited-edition prints of Myhrvold’s photography in a variety of sizes. The gallery’s opening collection will debut stunning new photos, plus a selection of images previously published in the Modernist Cuisine books.
So if oversized versions of blenders filled with peppers, Swiss chard with its contrasting reds and greens, a microscopic look at Vitamin C, or closeups of bread crumbs can fill that void on the wall, Myhvold probably has a version that will fulfill that dream.
