Back in December, fast-casual franchise Burgerim announced that it was headed to Las Vegas. Now the Tel-Aviv-born concept plans to make its big Las Vegas debut on Friday, June 16, in a 1,728-square-foot space at 9635 Bermuda Road, near Silverado Ranch Boulevard. When open, 53 people will have room to sit down while they eat the self-described "gourmet food fast."
Customers start by customizing their 2.8-ounce mini burgers by selecting from three buns, five sauces, 10 patties and nine toppings. Patties come in beef, turkey, chicken, lamb, chorizo, salmon, Merguez, Wagyu beef, veggie and dry-aged beef. Toppings include pineapple, jalapeño, avocado, bacon, grilled onions, sautéed mushrooms, sunny-side up egg, American cheddar and American cheese.
The first Burgerim restaurant opened in Israel in 2011. Since the burgers are small, Burgerim hopes that customers will buy them in sets of two, three or even 16.
The restaurant also serves chicken wings, salads, sandwiches and on the side, fries and onion rings.
With a rapid nationwide expansion plan, Burgerim is already open in Memphis, Tennessee, Cypress, Texas, and multiple locations in California, with dozens of other locations teased as coming soon across the United States.
