If you’ve recently driven past the huge Chick-fil-A sign promoting its location on the corner of Rancho Drive and Sahara Avenue you’ve probably noticed another fast-casual tenant will soon become its new neighbor.

PizzaRev has put up its own signage to announce its third local expansion is “coming soon” to the built from scratch retail hub, a short distance from the Palace Station.

The build-your-own pizza concept debuted in Henderson and Spring Valley in 2016. Serving “Roman-style” pizzas cooked in three minutes in a 900-degree stone hearth oven, guests choose their own sauce, cheese and up to 30 ingredients.

For this third home, the company will also be installing its latest innovation, the PizzaRev Taproom, allowing guests to pour thier own beer and pay by the ounce.

PizzaRev has yet to announce a firm opening dates but is promising a summer arrival. Next to arrive in the same building, the ninth local outpost of Panera Bread and a T-Mobile store.
