Look for the pair of chainsaw-carved bears outside and you’ll discover the fourth Las Vegas location for Black Bear Diner. A locals' favorite, the West Coast chain has officially debuted at the recently renovated Annex, on the southern side of the Las Vegas Premium Outlet South mall, less than three miles from Mandalay Bay.
Taking over the corner spot once occupied by retailer Nine West, the diner neighbors two locally grown casual choices, the Filipino-inspired D'Pinoy Joint and the Salvadoran menu of Las Pupusas.

Inside the family-friendly Black Bear Diner, a casual faux rustic design with plenty of wild animal-inspired artwork, more wood carvings and a small retail area for guests to purchase miniature bears and branded merchandise. Customers can also take home pies displayed in the dessert cabinet by the cashier.
On the menu, the now familiar and generous options for breakfast like the substantial "Bigfoot Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs" for $12.99, a $9.99 corn beef hash, $8.48 cinnamon roll French toast and the $7.99 pineapple upside-down cakes.
"Bear's benedicts," omelettes and scrambles are joined at dinner by dishes like Wild Alaska Salmon, slow-cooked pot roast, the $13.49 house-made meatloaf, plus ribs, tri-tip and steak options.
