Carnevino Italian Steakhouse at the Palazzo landed a new executive chef following the departure of Jon Littleton to Proof Tavern on Lake Las Vegas as well as a pastry chef.
Arnold Corpuz, a native of Oahu, Hawaii, is now the executive chef of the restaurant with almost 20 years of experience. He joined Carnevino as a sous chef 2014. He attended the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, then moved to California to work for Yoshi’s Japanese Restaurant. He moved to Las Vegas in 2004 to be a sous chef at Wolfgang Puck's Spago in the Forum Shops at Caesars under chef Eric Klein.

Ashley Costa took over the pastry chef role at Carnevino and B&B Burger & Beer at the Venetian. She joined the company in 2010, working her way up from pastry cook. She has nearly 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry working for multiple restaurants.
Origin India teamed up with Paradise India’s owner and chef William Bathini, who will now work as the executive chef of both locations.
Both restaurants offer Southern Indian cuisine.
