The first local Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill debuted on the westside today, with the second of three local expansions already under construction, set to neighbor some well-known local names.

Next door, Fruits & Roots will be be serving its brand of healthy choices, including organic cold pressed juices, "superfood smoothies" and "wellness bowls." Permits to begin construction on the 2,125-square-foot space were filed last month.
And a short walk away, Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill is creating a 2,915-square-foot, built-from-scratch restaurant that will include a covered patio. An opening date has yet to be revealed.
