From San Diego to Spring Valley, 595 Craft & Kitchen is now well on the way to opening inside the former home of Elements Kitchen & Martini Bar.
California-transplants and owners Chris Holding and Van-Alan Nguyen recently switched on the new exterior signage and have installed a 300-pound cast iron bar, equipped with 24 tap handles to pour a roster of "constantly rotating beers from local and neighboring award-winning brewers."

Featuring a "gastropub-style kitchen," 595 Craft plans to welcome "beer nerds, familiar neighbors, curious customers, or just someone who happened to be in the area searching for a great meal and a cheap pint."
In addition to the "delicious golden bubbly liquid" options, the restaurant is also creating a "small craft cocktail and wine menu to kick off the summer weather," which can be enjoyed on the 500-square-foot patio of the corner plot at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue.
On the dining menu, initially expected to include around 20 items, look for appetizers, burgers, fries, sandwiches and salads. The team hopes to debut within the next six weeks.
