Big Plans for Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen Restaurant

The existing footprint will almost double in size

The gift shop, “loud chefs” and "high action kitchen" have already been uncovered, but new details reveal the Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen Restaurant at Caesars Palace will be even bigger in scope than first imagined.

Caesars Entertainment are seeking permission to expand on the site of the6,281-square-foot former Serendipity 3 footprint and create a 10,447-square-foot concept fit for the chef Ramsay celebrity brand.

The biggest change will be to scrap the east side, Strip-facing patio, currently home to a huge faux-Tiffany lamp, and swallow up the space into the main dining room. A new 1,920-square-foot, elevated outdoor dining area will be created to the north and west of the restaurant, closer to the Spanish Steps outdoor bar and the Absinthe performance tent. Remodels on the fountains side of the building will also bring unity to the new look and eliminate sections for people to "loiter."

The exterior will follow a “contemporary design," featuring white polished concrete panels, with a folding glass door system opening up the dining room to the new patios.

Diners will enter the restaurant on the Caesars Palace resort side of the building and as previously reported, guests will have to exit through a retail area where they can "memorialize their experience by purchasing pictures, aprons, cookbooks, cutting boards and other fun, approachable and high quality items."

Inside the restaurant, expect an interior divided into "Blue" and "Red" team sections, serving brunch, lunch and dinner in a room to "engage all the senses." Already promised to Clark County planners, "pans clanging" and more "sounds of a noisy kitchen," plus the aromas of a wood-fired oven drifting through the room.

On the menu, "cutting-edge casual dining," including "creative, (yet uncomplicated) chef Ramsay-style American food and cocktails" and recipes road tested on the namesake Fox network TV show. Fans of the series can look forward to future episodes and cooking competitions filmed on site, with competition winners promoted to "stints as chef de cuisine at the restaurant."

The project is officially aiming for a winter debut.
