Meet The Pricey Anniversary Meal at Beauty & Essex

Beauty & Essex at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has a $958 celebratory package for guests that comes with a white or gold-tone locket from the pawn shop-inspired retail store, roasted lobster tail with Spanish chorizo arancini as well as a bottle of Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque rose.

Beauty & Essex chef and Chopped guest judge Chris Santos and parent company the Tao Group celebrated the first anniversary of the restaurant on Monday night. Friends of the restaurant including DJs Carnage, Zedd, Sam Feldt, Ghastly and Jauz came together in honor of the restaurant’s birthday. Dutch deejay Sam Feldt provided the soundtrack at the party with a special set.
