They’ve been a local go-to destination for full-size bundt cakes and “Bundtinis” since 1997 and Nothing Bundt Cakes is now expanding to the southwest.
Construction has begun on creating a 2,291-square-foot store and bakery at the retail strip close to the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Warm Springs Road. It will neighbor long time tenants Grimaldi's Pizzeria and a 24-hour Hooters sports bar.
Tactically placing its stores around the region, the franchise already accepts pick ups, walk-ins and delivery orders in Centennial Hills, in the southeast close to Eastern Avenue and Silverado Ranch Boulevard and on the west side on Sahara Avenue.
Each location can set its own prices and products, but expect to find on the southwestern menu large eight- and 10-inch cakes, its miniature "Bundlet" options, available individually, or in bundles and "towers” and the bite-sized “Bundtinis.” Flavors include red velvet, marble, pecan praline, cinnamon swirl and white chocolate raspberry.
