Almost fifteen months since Canter’s Deli was first revealed to be headed back to Las Vegas, the two local expansions still have plenty of work on the horizon. The good news is the Tivoli Village outpost is finally promised to be arriving this summer, serving up the famed black and white cookies and pastrami or corned beef sandwiches.
At Tivoli Village, the 6,355-square-foot restaurant and adjoining bakery hopes to become a firm favorite of the local Summerlin community. The Los Angeles legends have launched a live camera to let anxious fans follow the construction progress in real time and are now committed to a July debut.

Over at The Linq Promenade, work on the 4,550-square-foot deli across from Yard House is said to be “moving extremely fast,” but construction images suggest it will be take a few more months of labor. The Linq’s own web pages are now officially announcing it will be fall before the restaurant, take out counter and large patio are open for business.
