A huge hit since its debut in Spring Valley last year, Rolled Ice Cream has soft opened its second location right on the cusp of Henderson and is now serving Thai-inspired frozen desserts during temporary hours.
Taking over the shuttered home of Soufish Poke at the Sansone Park Place retail center on Eastern Avenue, Rolled Ice Cream sits a short distance from another local favorite, Nielsens Frozen Custard.
Current opening hours are 1 to 9 p.m., to be extended at a later date. Featuring a full menu of creations with names like “Kit-Kat,” “Jolly Rancher,” “Birthday Cake” and the decadent "Elvis," the ice cream is created with fresh ingredients poured "onto a flat pan, cooled to as low as -32 degrees. Then we chop your desired fruit and cream as we roll them into their signature shape."
Next for the brand, an expansion site in Centennial hoping to be ready in October and locations in Henderson on Stephanie Road and Chinatown, both aiming for a October or November debut.
