Food Network TV star chef Robert Irvine will debut Robert Irvine’s Public House at the Tropicana Las Vegas this week, finally sharing his celebrity chef spin on American pub cuisine, combined with some long planned, “one-of-a-kind, unique food.”

Over a year ago, the chef explained to Eater Vegas, “I’ve got my fingers in every part of this restaurant — the food and uniforms and training, the design elements, how it will flow and run."

Open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., in a rarity for the Strip, the “all day menu” is priced the same for both lunch and dinner, with a price point that includes a $17 “kale pesto pizza" and a more adventurous, $32 “chicken fried duck confit.” Also available, favorites inspired by Irvine’s English heritage, like “Shepherd's Pie,” fish and chips and “Banoffee pie.”

Two items will immediately jump off the page for early guests. A $68 “whole roasted citrus brined 5 pound chicken” and the “40oz Creekstone Farms longbone ribeye chop,” priced at a beefy $95.
