After two years on downtown’s Carson Avenue, VegeNation is expanding its all-vegan menu to Henderson, taking over another local born, healthy eating concept.
Created by chef Donald Lemperle, VegeNation will take over the easy to spot, 2,353-square-foot corner sport at the Stonehill Marketplace, close to the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Eastern Avenue. Formerly home to the Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar, the site also features an outdoor patio on the southern side of the curved building.
This was the second location for Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar, debuting in February 2015. The original home on Summerlin’s Town Center Drive continues to operate.
Yet to be announced by the restaurant, expect a continuation of VegeNation’s “global street food” including “pizza, Pho-King Delicious Asian street foods, fruit loop salad” and the “ultimate hangover smoothie,” all created with “local vegetables and fruits, whenever possible, and herbs we grow ourselves.” An estimated opening date has also yet to be announced.
