Casual “Baja style seafood” has arrived downtown, in an easy to spot location across Las Vegas Boulevard from Dino's Lounge and in the same parking lot as Super Burrito.
Bajamar Seafood & Tapas is now serving inside the former home of All Star Donuts and more recently Super B Subs, featuring a full menu of authentic Pacific flavors, including dishes they warn can deliver a “sharp, fiery taste.”
Open from lunch through dinner, the informal setting features table seating and stools facing the kitchen. On the menu, choices like fish tacos, tostadas, the Las Vegas staple of shrimp cocktail, but prepared Baja-style, salads, soups and a spin on “surf and turf,” made with shrimp and carne asada.
