A Tap Room With Fast Pizza Debuts on Saturday

PizzaRev delivers its third location in Las Vegas on Saturday, only this time, the fast-casual pizza restaurant brings a tap room.

Customers can “Craft Your Own” pizza, choosing from 35-plus toppings for one price. Diners have already encountered that at the other locations in Spring Valley at 7090 S. Rainbow Blvd. and in Henderson at 1381 W. Sunset Road.

But PizzaRev Taproom features the brand’s first tap room in Nevada. A self-pour beer wall features 18 draft beers and wines and dubs itself “the largest such beer wall in Las Vegas.” On tap, a collection of draft beers that will rotate seasonally. Great Basin Outlaw Oatmeal Stout, Bad Beat Brewing Bluffing Isn’t Wesse Wheat, Big Dog Brewing Co. Lager’s Big Dogs Peace Love & Hoppyness, Joseph James Citra Rye Pale Ale, Lovely Lady HopAtomic Double IPA, and Able Baker Test Site Saison are among the beers that make the lineup.

During the grand opening on July 8, each customer who is 21 years of age and older with valid ID will receive one free “Craft Your Own” pizza with a 16-ounce beer purchase all day.

Each personal-sized 11-inch pizza features homemade dough options, sauces, all-natural cheeses and more than 35 toppings assembled as diners order. The pizzas are then fired in a 900-degree, stone-bed oven, which produces a crispy Roman-style pizza in just three minutes.
