Matcha House Joins Purple Potato in Henderson

A one-stop destination for inventive food and drinks heads to Henderson. Yonaka Modern Japanese plans to expand its "Craft Your Own" spin-off Purple Potato by Yonaka into the Eastern Marketplace, close to the intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Eastern.

And right next door, Matcha House Tea & Sweets announced a “grand opening date” for its fast casual concept. Set to open on Aug. 25, Matcha House is promising “high quality and healthy products.”

The restaurant plans to be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily with a menu of “hand-whisk high grade matcha tea, hand crafted premium tea, boba tea, healthy organic milk series, and fresh fruit tea.” Dessert options will include “snow ice, crepe cake, ice cream, parfait, honey bread and more.”

Purple Potato revealed that its own opening date is “coming soon.”
