Sambalatte Torrefazione’s expansion downtown was only uncovered earlier this month, but the local coffee shop is already confident of a debut within a matter of weeks.

Moving into the shuttered home of Cafelatte on the ground floor of the Molasky Corporate Center, the building owners had announced they expected the new casual spot to be ready shortly after Labor Day. Via its Facebook page, Sambalatte has been advising fans, “it will be open September 12 for sure.”

Located on the corner of City Parkway and Ogden Avenue and already home Jason’s Deli, instead of an outdoor patio, guests will be able to “socialize” at tables and chairs in the hallway.

The brand’s fourth Las Vegas home is installing interior walls created with reclaimed wood and brick and featuring reclaimed wood on the floor. Not the easiest destination for pedestrians, the building does offer free parking for customers.

Sambalatte is also promising they will have a “couple other announcements soon” about future locations.
