Looking to stand out from the impending rush of Thai-inspired rolled ice cream and boba stores heading to Las Vegas, Flavyours will debut its “cool, modern and chic shop” starting today.

Located at the Shan Tau Plaza on Spring Mountain, inside a former spa and sitting across from the hard-to-miss Macy’s Furniture outlet, the 1,323-square-foot space will feature “refreshing teas” and the “guarantee” of the “richest and creamiest rolled ice cream in town.”

For the next two days, opening hours will be from 7 to 11 p.m., followed by noon to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

On the menu, customers can select from 10 “base” ice cream flavors, then choose from more than 70 toppings, 10 sauces and "exotic imported fruits," plus "imported candies, cookies and treats."

The team believes the Flavyours difference will be a result of its research in Thailand, including “6 months learning from street food stall vendors throughout the country from Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and all the way to the islands of Phuket and Krabi.”

Another important element contributing to the Flavyours atmosphere will be the “handpicked” soundtrack, featuring “house, trance, progressive, electro, trap, drum n bass and old skool hip hop.”
