After building up some serious Instagram buzz over the last few months, the formerly named Roll Up Creamery in Boca Park will now become the first expansion site for Philadelphia’s Ice Land dessert concept.

The brand debuted in Philly’s Chinatown in May 2016, when the city was undergoing its own mania for Thai-inspired rolled ice cream treats. Within a matter of months, fierce competition launched three other similar companies, including Teassert Bar on 10th Street, less than two dozen steps across the street and facing the front door of Ice Land.

In Las Vegas, the east coast team will face much less competition and directly focus on the westside side and Summerlin markets. Ice Land is headed into the retail building at the intersection of Rampart and Charleston Boulevards, already home to Jason's Deli and O-my Sushi.

On the menu, snow ice choices like taro, cheesecake and roasted black sesame and rolled ice cream combinations like key lime pie, piña colada, s'mores and the coffee based, “Morning Roast.” Guests can also make the own creations with a wide variety of toppings and mixers and in an unusual twist, add cotton candy on top. More desserts are scheduled for the future.

Promising to be coming soon, Ice Land is expected to debut within the next two months.
