Big news for fans of Grouchy John’s Coffee who enjoy a cup to go. Not only has the local brand debuted its second location on the westside, but will soon be serving its coffee creations 24 hours a day from the drive-thru window.

The new 1,690-square-foot corner store takes over the former Wake Up Coffee Cafe at the Charleston Festival retail center, in the same building as the Moko Ramen Bar and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Facing the College of Southern Nevada campus, the cafe and drive-thru are open early until mid-evening, with the round the clock option for vehicles arriving sometime in the near future.

On the menu, the exact same options found at its Maryland Parkway store in the southeast, a hit since 2011. Grouchy John’s is also well known for its mobile truck, decorated with a large, grumpy coffee cup graphic.

Customers can order blended, iced and hot drinks or smoothies and a food menu of muffins, pastries, donuts, bagels, oatmeal and wraps.
