Hours: Open Mondays through Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Gamblers can now grab lunch or dinner while placing a bet at Charlie’s Bar & Grill, Wynn Las Vegas’ new sidekick to the revamped Race & Sports Book at the resort. Charlie’s takes over the former Zoozacrackers Deli space at the resort. Steve Wynn named the restaurant for Charlie Meyerson, a long-time friend of the Wynn CEO who worked as a host at the resort.

The menu here runs the gamut from burgers, chicken whings to barbecue dishes and appetizers including sliders, giant pretzels and loaded nachos. Of course, like every restaurant at Wynn, vegetarian and vegan dishes make the menu. Frozen shakes and floats, 16 beers on tap and a rotating list of craft microbrews go down with the bar-friendly American fare.
