Expanding from Philadelphia all the way to Boca Park, Ice Land has set a “grand opening” date to serve its spin on “handcrafted ice cream rolls.” Philly is months ahead of Las Vegas’ current passion for Thai-inspired desserts and Ice Land has been serving on the East Coast since May 2016.

The expansion moves into the retail building at the intersection of Rampart and Charleston Boulevards, close to Jason's Deli and O-my Sushi. Already serving under “soft opening” conditions, an official debut will take place on Friday, Aug. 11, featuring a buy one, get one free, one-day special for customers who follow the company on Facebook or Instagram.

Once up and running, opening hours will be noon to 9 p.m. during the week and until 10 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

On the menu, ice cream created on “cold plate technology” at a temperature below -35° degrees and then rolled with a customer's choice of toppings and mixers. Ice Land will also feature “Snow Ice” options such as matcha and strawberry cream and tried and tested ice cream combinations like “Oreo the Hero,” piña colada, “Fruity Rainbow” and the “Honolulu,” rolled with a “pineapple Nilla wafer mixer.”
