Announced back in May and aiming for an official “winter” debut, Gordon Ramsay’s fifth Las Vegas restaurant has completely demolished the southern section of the former Serendipity 3 space, stripping the space down to its foundation and creating a great deal of work ahead.
The 8,000-square-foot Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen Restaurant will be themed for fans of the Fox network’s Hell’s Kitchen TV show and will feature an interior bar, dining room, showcase kitchen and retail space with almost 2,000 square feet of patio. Current plywood snaked around the site has already been defaced by graffiti, including tagging the chef as “Satan.”

A few steps from the upgrades, a temporary Samsung Galaxy Studio is being built over the Strip-facing Fountain Plaza, right on top off the water feature. Expected to last for six months, customers will be able pick up Samsung product orders through a dedicated app and try out the brand’s latest wares. Once the exhibit closes, it will revert to its former state, most recently featuring a large metal “HK” sign to promote the new restaurant.
Serving a “daily themed brunch, dinner and bar menu,” the Hell’s Kitchen interior will be split into "Blue" and "Red" team sections. As many as 300 guests will entertained by a "high action kitchen" augmented by plenty of fire, the "sounds of a noisy kitchen," including "pans clanging, loud chefs." Dishes featured on the show are being considered for the "creative, (yet uncomplicated) menu,” including creations planned for its wood-fired oven.
On the Strip, the famed chef still operates Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill inside the Caesars Palace resort, Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips at The Linq Promenade and Gordon Ramsay Burger at Planet Hollywood.
Slowly catching up, fellow superstar Giada De Laurentiis is preparing to create her second Las Vegas home, the quick-and-casual concept Pronto By Giada at Caesars Palace. With construction yet to start, it is not expected to be ready until next year.
