Texas Station brings Mexican ice cream treats to its food court. La Flor de Michoacán just opened next to Panda Express with a family-owned dessert stop that originally opened in Las Vegas in 2006.
La Flor de Michoacán from Armando Chavez features more than 20 different flavors of ice cream, 30 flavors of ice cream bars and eight types of flavored waters, known as aguas frescas. The shop added popsicles, smoothies, milkshakes, fresh-squeezed fruit juices, ice cream cakes, shaved ice, ice cream sundaes, yogurt, banana splits, Hawaiian banana splits and crepes. Everything on the menu is in the $1 to $9.99 price range.
La Flor de Michoacán at Texas Station is open from Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
La Flor de Michoacán has three other locations in Las Vegas.
