Mini 2.8-ounce burgers that customers can customize can now be ordered at the long-awaited Burgerim. The restaurant based in Tel-Aviv originally planned to open in a 1,728-square-footspace at 9635 Bermuda Road back in June, but delayed opening until now.
Customers start by customizing their 2.8-ounce mini burgers, selecting from three buns, five sauces, 10 patties and nine toppings. Patties come in beef, turkey, chicken, lamb, chorizo, salmon, Merguez, Wagyu beef, veggie and dry-aged beef. Toppings include pineapple, jalapeño, avocado, bacon, grilled onions, sautéed mushrooms, sunny-side up egg, American cheddar and American cheese. Customers can purchase the mini burgers in sets of two, three or even 16.
The restaurant also serves chicken wings, salads, sandwiches and on the side, fries and onion rings.
The first Burgerim restaurant opened in Israel in 2011.
