The Metro Diner invasion of Las Vegas shows no signs of slowing with the third location opening in Henderson this week. Back in March, the first debuted at 9595 W. Tropicana Ave., followed by a second 7305 S. Rainbow Blvd that opened in July. A fourth location at the 215 Beltway at Serene and Eastern avenues is already in the works and plans to open the doors by the end of the year.
The restaurant that Guy Fieri featured the diner in an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives fills 4,100 square feet with a diner with seating for 166 people. Breakfast can be ordered all day, while lunch and dinner options also fill the menu.
The Henderson Metro Diner features daily blackboard specials and classic favorites like its Yo Hala on the Square, a stuffed challah bread French toast; crab cake Benedict; a meatloaf plate; fried chicken and waffles topped with strawberry butter and sweet-and spicy-sauce; and Charleston shrimp and grits. Everything on the menu goes for less than $15.
