For almost a decade, Blue Fin Sushi & Roll has been serving to a steady and loyal clientele at its stand-alone restaurant at the Sunset Annie Oakley Centre. The owners have now expanded 10 miles to the west, bringing the more stylish BF Sushi expansion to Spring Valley.

Featuring a similar menu to the southeast original, BF Sushi remodeled the former home of Kobe Sushi Bistro with an atmospheric, darkened interior, featuring a bar right by the front entrance, plus booth seating, regular table settings and stools at the sushi bar.

The menu include a $21.99 lunch, or after 3 p.m., $26.99 all-you-an-eat option and a familiar menu of favorites, including gyoza, or chicken karage appetizers, soups and salads, sushi and sashimi and chicken katsu among the entrees.

They also serve locally themed choices, like the “Go! Golden Knights” and “Las Vegas Raiders” tempura rolls, plus Rainbow, Sunset, Red Rock, and Blue Fin special rolls.
