The next restaurant to open at Tivoli Village comes at the hands of Wild Thyme Restaurant Group CEO Heinrich Stasiuk. Hamptons brings an industrial look mixed with vintage pieces to the westside shopping center. Chef Jay Bogsinske, formerly of Saint Marc in Huntington Beach, bring a menu of modern American cuisine to the space that quite briefly housed Salt & Pepper from Alex Stratta.
The two-level restaurant features patios on the ground level and on the second story, as well as an indoor/outdoor bar on the lower level and second level. A private dining room with space for up to 97 customers seated or 150 standing sits on the second floor.
The restaurant, which opens on Wednesday, Sept. 6, at 11 a.m., plans to serve lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends.
