Tivoli Village now has a new restaurant dishing out lunch, dinner and a weekend brunch. Hamptons from the restaurateurs behind Wild Thyme Restaurant Grou features two levels of industrial-chic interior decor with a menu of modern American cuisine.
Chef Jay Bogsinske, formerly of Saint Marc in Huntington Beach, heads up the kitchen with dishes such as the Little Havana Cubano with Duroc pork loin, country ham and Applewood smoked bacon; Mary’s free-range chicken and bscuits with braised chicken thighs from Pitman Family Farms, chicken gravy and cheddar biscuits with whipped honey butter; and salads including the Brussels sprouts and bacon with dried cranberries and blueberries for lunch.
Appetizers include overstuffed bacon and eggs, Buffalo onion rings and avocado fries with Green Goddess dressing.
Dinner brings market vegetables and black jasmine rice with a sweet and spicy coconut sauce; and Scottish salmon mignon with roasted cauliflower.
For dessert, a peach cobbler that appeared on Live! With Regis & Kelly Show, bananas Foster split and a pineapple carrot cake.
For brunch, diners can order a short rib and fried egg sandwich and a peanut butter and banana waffle with salted caramel. Customers can order all-you-can-drink mimosas for $15 and bloody Marys for $20.
