Meet the Lunch-Only Specials at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen

Those who have been having trouble booking a table at the Strip’s latest sensation, Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen are probably not alone. The star chef explained to the Los Angeles Times earlier this week, “12-thousand people have booked in the last 10 days.”

For a better shot at snagging a seat, try earlier in the day. The Caesars Palace restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. and has created a separate lunch menu, including dishes not found before 5 p.m. It also offers its own three-course meal, headlined by Ramsay favorites of Beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding.

Diners can peruse the menu while keeping an eye on the open kitchen and admiring the setting inspired by the chef’s Fox network TV show. Among the lunch-only specials, chicken and waffles, a series of flatbreads and burgers, including a namesake Hell’s Kitchen creation, plus truffle arancini and “HK Hot Wings,” spiked with an appropriately dubbed “hell fire hot sauce.”

The menu even includes an all-day breakfast section.
