In the works since June, a major overhaul at Treasure Island has created the newest buffet on the Strip, the 12,575-square-foot Corner Market Buffet, opening its doors today.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, emphasis is being placed on new international flavors and the ability to order “unlimited drinks” for an extra $14.99 per visit, including wine, beer, sparking wine, mimosas, and access to the “Bloody Mary bar.”
Friday to Sunday, from 4 to 10 p.m., the $35.45 weekend seafood dinner becomes the evening attraction, with a $30.45 Champagne brunch offered from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m, on Saturday and Sunday.
During the week, the $24.45 breakfast is served from 7 a.m to 11 p.m., followed by the $27.45 lunch until 4 p.m and the $33.45 dinner until 10 p.m.
Among the new additions a “farmer’s market salad station,” “New American, Continental and Oriental” dishes, a “country bakery” creating “desserts, soufflés and gelato,” plus protein bowls with tandoori salmon and ‘forbidden rice’, Peruvian chicken with cilantro sauce, Korean beef bulgogi, pork belly porchetta, and lobster ravioli.
