Very soon, fans of the worldwide brand Cipriani can taste the iconic dishes, drink Bellinis originally concocted by Cipriani’s Harry’s Bar, and take in the regal surroundings of the legendary restaurant. Cipriani officially opens on Nov. 9 at the new shopping esplanade Wynn Plaza at Wynn Las Vegas in November 2018.
Florentine architect Michele Bonan replicated the classic Cipriani look, including nautical decor, glossy walnut, chrome accents and terrazzo floors.
Already the restaurant is teasing its classic dishes on the menu, including carpaccio alla Cipriani, baked tagliolini with ham, and a vanilla meringue for dessert.
The 6,316-square-foot project is scheduled to be open Sunday to Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and closing at midnight from Thursday to Saturday. Lunch menu options will served daily until 4 p.m.
Keeping much of the concept and the focus of the menu under wraps, recent hirings have included a pizzaiolo to prepare pizzas and a sushi chef to work its counter/bar.
