New Details About Chick-fil-A, Wahoo’s, a Hotel, and More Headed to Flamingo Road

More confirmation of the casual-dining options and phased plans headed a short walk east of the Palms resort as owners CAI Investments quickly ramp up the initial stages of construction at the 3883 Flamingo Center.

Ultimately hoping to fill the entire 8.6 acres with a 17-story, non-gaming, 260-room hotel and 285 residential apartments, the retail section will be slotted between Valley View Boulevard and Hugh Hefner Drive, and host four dining tenants, plus a large Walgreens store.

Facing the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino, the 4,379-square-foot Chick-fil-A be large enough inside for 82 customers, offer a drive-thru, and sit next to the Walgreens and a Del Taco outpost, also offering its own drive-thru service.

Denny’s and fish taco specialists Wahoo’s will be the other dining anchors, with early plans estimating they will both require more than 3,000 square feet of custom-built space.

No timetable for completion of the restaurants has been announced.
