Hoping to attract the same celebrity clientele drawn to its Los Angeles, New York, and Playa del Carmen, Mexico locales, Catch will debut right on schedule at Aria, on Monday, Oct. 29.
Taking over the former BarMasa and Tetsu space, the dramatic makeover worked with an initial estimated construction budget of $6,712,055. Promising an “elevated, interactive atmosphere,” the restaurant is currently being pitched to group event planners to take advantage of its three private dining rooms and large lounge.
Featuring a menu of ”Asian-influenced sushi, seafood and steak,” previously announced dishes included “Catch Roll, truffle sashimi, “Wagyu on a Rock,” and Cantonese lobster.”
Open daily from 5.30 to 11 p.m., the soundtrack will provided by a rotating roster of DJs performing three nights a week. The bar will open at 5 p.m. and Thursday to Saturday, plus Monday, the lounge area will keep the party going, beginning at 10 p.m. and closing at 4 a.m.
