Cipriani’s long-awaited expansion to Las Vegas has been pushed back a month from a previously announced October debut. The original plan called for the fashionable restaurant and bar to join the first wave of new high-end retailers at the 72,851-square-foot, Wynn Plaza.
The upscale shopping annex stretches from the Wynn casino floor and the Italian-American cuisine of Allegro, all the way to the Las Vegas Boulevard sidewalk.
Currently hiring ahead of a November “grand opening,” Cipriani Las Vegas is confidently accepting reservations, with seats available for the first dinner service on Nov. 10.
The 6,316-square-foot project is scheduled to be open Sunday to Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and closing at midnight from Thursday to Saturday. Lunch menu options will served daily until 4 p.m.
Keeping much of the concept and the focus of the menu under wraps, recent hirings have included a “pizzaiolo” to prepare “high quality pizzas” and a sushi chef to work its “counter/bar.”
