Taking a little later than than anticipated, Sambalatte’s very loyal local following will finally be able to try out its latest “beautiful and elegant space” for the first time this week.

Debuting at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23, the roomy space joins The Smith Center for the Performing Arts at downtown’s Symphony Park.

Open seven days a week, even when there are no performances at the venue, the interior designed by Novus Architecture features a “modern and sophisticated look to match the Smith Center,” adding a large curved, marble counter and covering one wall with a tile, mosaic map representing the globe’s coffee resources.

Located half a mile from Sambalatte’s first expansion downtown into the Molasky Corporate Center, this location promises “incredible outdoors seating, complimentary parking for 3 hours” and WiFi.

It will also become a high-demand destination for its planned “afternoon high tea,” available during the Center’s Broadway Series events and “other high profile performances,” accompanied “by live music, from jazz duet to classic guitar players.”
