Address: 116 N. Stephanie Street, #110, Henderson
Phone: 702-534-0095
Status: Open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Instead of heading to Spring Mountain Road or Decatur Boulevard, newcomer 100 Degree HotPot, Ramen, and Boba has chosen to launch its Asian fusion menu on Henderson’s Stephanie Street.
Located at the Wigwam Center, at the intersection of Stephanie and Wigwam Parkway, the brand new corner building sits next door to the Poke Poku Hawaiian Poke Bar.
Featuring a sparse interior design, among the Japanese and Taiwanese dishes, the sizzling hot pots served over a small flame are the current star attractions.
Priced between $12.99 and $13.99, choices include spicy beef, Japanese miso, lamb, “Taiwan spicy” prepared with pork belly, fish cake, and pork intestine, and a seafood option with shrimp, clam, scallop, and cuttlefish.
Ramen options include tonkotsu, shoyu, dan dan, and miso, with appetizers of seaweed salad, spring roll, fried gyoza, and edamame.
