Chick-fil-A will soon be ready to unveil its farthest expansion into the northwest and has released details on how hardcore fans can also win “one Chick-fil-A Sandwich Meal per week for a year.”
Building toward a total of seven Las Vegas outposts, including one on the Strip, the new site at the intersection of Rainbow and Lake Mead boulevards replaces the demolished former home of Joe’s Crab Shack.
Chick-fil-A officially opens at 6 a.m. on Nov. 29, with future serving hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, keeping its tradition of being closed on Sundays. The 4,819-square-foot space offers a drive-thru and an indoor children's play area.
Serious devotees can line up at 6 a.m. on Nov. 28 for the chance to win the weekly sandwich meal prize, after first collecting a ticket for the contest drawing and then participating in the 24-hour “campout” until the doors finally open.
The restaurant will also be “collecting new and gently used children’s books to be donated to a local children’s organization.”
No updates on the status of the remaining under construction Chick-fil-A outlets have been announced.
