Official confirmation of three new tenants joining a busy 12 months of food and beverage changes underway at the Venetian and Palazzo.
Trustworthy Brewing Co. is sharing it will replace the long-shuttered I Love Burgers on the upper level of the Grand Canal Shoppes. Featuring the same owners as Morels French Bistro & Steakhouse and JuiceFarm on the floor below, the Burbank, California, tasting room concept is now promising it will be “Brewing Summer 2019” in the corner space.
In California, the team produces “IPAs, stouts, lagers, barrel-aged beer and sours,” offers growlers to-go, and has created a compact menu of pizza, burgers, and fries.
And the status of the combination venture of The Halal Guys and 7 Leaves Cafe, has been upgraded to “coming soon.”
The Halal Guys moved into the Forum Food Court at Caesars Palace in November of last year, serving its “American Halal Food” menu. This location will mark the Strip debut for 7 Leaves, dubbed the “Asian Starbucks” for its collection of Vietnamese, house special, and black “sea cream” coffees, plus 12 different teas.
The cafe is almost ready to unveil its first Nevada expansion at 3959 Spring Mountain Road, inside the former home of Fat Dumpling.
Future opening hours for all all three projects have yet to be announced.
