SOUTHWEST — Order by 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 19, to get Andre’s Bistro & Bar takeout for Thanksgiving after 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 22. One option for four to six people goes for $175, while a second option for eight to 12 people is $350.
