A Stylish Japanese Cafe Arrives on the Eastside

Chabi Japanese Cafe, also known as Chabi Green Tea Days, has debuted on the eastside, featuring a full menu of matcha favorites and a yoshoku, “Japanized Western/European” menu that would usually only be found on Spring Mountain Road.

Located on Flamingo Road, facing the Tuscany, Chabi features a stylish interior decorated with custom-designed murals, both inside and out on the calming rear patio.

The affordable menu, with no item priced at more than $14, offers a full roster of teas and matcha drinks, including house-made soda floats and ginger ales.

The carefully presented dining options serve spins on familiar favorites, plus a collection of new creations. Diners can order pork loin katsu curry rice, matcha French toast, a croquette burger made with shredded cabbage and a potato croquette, macaroni and shrimp gratin, chicken karaage, sauteed ginger pork, and “pizza toast.”
