On the heels of comedian Carlos Mencia’s favorite restaurant in Las Vegas closing comes new that a new location of the Chinese-American chain is ready to make its debut over the weekend. P.F. Chang’s opens at Town Square on Sunday.
With its opening, the chain reveals its new catering-style kitchen meant to handle delivery, catering, and carry-out orders.
Covering the walls, a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted wall mural featuring UNLV colors and a few very lucky numbers: 837, the exact number of consecutive sold-out shows performed by Elvis at the Las Vegas Hilton, and a pair of dice showing 2 and 6, which equal 8, a lucky number in Asian culture.
The space features a bar, as well, that features local beers including Tenaya Creek Hauling Oats Stout and 702 Pale Ale, as well as Able Baker Atomic Duck IPA.
Of course, the full roster of dishes arrives at Town Square. Hand-rolled dumplings and sushi, and desserts make the menu.
The restaurant sits across the street from California Pizza Kitchen and the under-construction, first Las Vegas site of Chicken Guy! from celebrity chef Guy Fieri
