Making its first expansion into Nevada, nationwide Brazilian steakhouse chain Rodizio Grill has set an opening date for its ”churrasco” experience at the Galleria at Sunset.
Replacing the shuttered Larsen’s Grill on the upper plaza, Rodizio Grill will launch on Tuesday, Nov. 13, offering an all-you-can-eat salad bar, roster of side dishes, and the restaurant's main focus, the unlimited menu of grilled meats, served and carved table-side by the Grill’s “gauchos,” inspired by Brazilian cowboys.
Future opening hours will Monday to Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m., with lunch, or brunch scheduled on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. followed by dinner until 10 p.m., closing one hour earlier on Sunday.
The “full Rodizio” menu will be priced at $26.99 for brunch and $35.99 for dinner, including all the sides, salads and meats.
Created in 1995, the company lays claim to opening the “first Brazilian churrasco steakhouse in the United States.” The upbeat concept also welcomes children, families and specializes in group bookings.
