The Broken Yolk Cafe Back on Track

First revealed as headed to Las Vegas back in August of 2017, The Broken Yolk Café has filed new paperwork to bring the famous San Diego tourist spot to Town Square.

Moving into The Landing, an under construction retail hub close to Las Vegas Boulevard and a neighbor to Fry’s Electronics and Total Wine & More, The Broken Yolk will take over the corner spot in the same structure as a Cafe Rio Mexican Grill and Bok Bok Chicken. The Landing will also be home to another out of state import, Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar.

Current filings value the Cafe’s estimated construction costs at $420,000. A report last December announced franchise owners McKenzie Cox and Randy Corrigan were planning this expansion to be the first of four Las Vegas homes for the breakfast and lunch specialists.

Now operating in more than 40 locations, the Town Square site was once promised to be ready by summer 2018.

On the future menu, a very popular roster of classic favorites, served in generous portions and highlighted by Benedicts, omelets, pancakes, waffles, crepes, burgers, and sandwiches.
