With the restaurant serving lunch and dinner comes some of the beloved dishes the Cipriani name made famous: carpaccio alla Cipriani, baked tagliolini with ham, and the beautiful vanilla meringue cake.
Cipriani got its start in 1931 when Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. opened Harry’s Bar off a canal in Venice, Italy, where the original Bellini with white peach juice and prosecco was created, obviously served in Las Vegas.
The elegant space features designs from Florentine architect Michele Bonan with nautical touches, glossy walnut and chrome accents, nods to the original space in Venice, and plush seating, terrazzo floors, and a separate private dining area. Images of Cindy Crawford, Eva Herzigova, and Naomi Campbell, among others, by photographer Marco Glaviano look down on diners.
Cipriani already has locations in New York, Hong Kong, Monte Carlo, and Ibiza
Cipriani will serve lunch daily from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner Monday through Thursday from 4 to 11 p.m. and until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
