Originally named Chez Marcel Cafe, then changed to La Favorite Bistro, The Linq Promenade’s latest dining destination has finally settled on the less formal Favorite Bistro. Currently hiring, the project is promising to be “coming soon,” officially pushing to debut before the end of the year.
Filling a substantial 5,962-square-foot space opposite Sprinkles cupcakes store, initial paperwork allocated an estimated construction budget of $2,327,009, with room enough for 137 inside. Outdoor seating is also being added.
A sequel to the original La Favorite Bistro on Paris’ Rue de Rivoli, the Linq version appears to have adapted its menu while waiting to open, and is now promoting an “American (traditional) and French” menu,” tagging the concept, the “best of both worlds.”
Serving “breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and coffee” and featuring a European spin on “comfort food,” a full cocktail program is also being created.
