San Francisco-based edible cookie dough specialists Doughp announced it was headed to the Strip last month and now an exact location can be confirmed.
Boldy announcing it will be serving 24/7, Doughp will take over the former Tags Evolution retail store on the southern side of the Miracle Mile Shops, across from a Chipotle Mexican Grill and down the corridor form the PBR Rockbar & Grill.
Aiming for a spring 2019 debut, the counter-service restaurant is already hiring, looking for staff to scoop more than a dozen flavors of dough, create espresso and other coffee drinks and help sell merchandise while “jammin’ to ’90s throwbacks.”
Paperwork for modifications to the space were filed earlier this week, with an exact opening date yet to be announced.
On the future menu of ”safe, edible, and bake-able cookie dough,” customers can choose between scoops and flavored or sugar cone servings filled with creations like the “Cookie Monsta” made with “Oreo pieces swallowed up in blue dough” and from the “Odd Balls” collection of infrequent favors, including the “Elder Rose” created with elderflower, rose water, and white chocolate.
