French fare with an American flair comes at Favorite Bistro, the newest restaurant opening on The Linq Promenade on Dec. 20.
Executive chef Adil Slassi, formerly at Lavo at the Palazzo and the former Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace, takes over the kitchen, while pastry chef Claude Escamilla brings the desserts, and U.S. founder Jeremy Decherchi brings the restaurant stateside from Paris.
The 2,500-square-foot restaurant features social banquettes, bistro tables, and a patio that spills onto The Linq Promenade.
The menu includes a surf and turf with lobster or shrimp choices, as well as short ribs bourguignon, cassoulet, and lamb shanks. French onion soup joins the hangover burger served with caramelized onion, Swiss cheese, bacon cheese curds, and a fried egg, served on a brioche bun.
