One of China's most rapidly expanding franchises is headed to Spring Mountain with an upbeat image and a menu of uncommon beverages.
Happy Lemon will take over a 1,660-square-foot former dry cleaners at the Spring Mountain Plaza, on the corner of Jones and Spring Mountain Road, a close neighbor to the Filipino menu of Nanay Gloria and Korean ox bone soup at TangTangTang.
Paperwork for the remodel was recently filed, with the space dubbed a “premier” upgrade over smaller-style Happy Lemon kiosks.
On the future menu, the brand’s standout green, black and milk tea salted cheese creations, featuring a layer of milk, cream cheese, and sprinkles of “savory rock salt,” designed to be strategically drunk at a 45-degree angle.
Also on the way, smoothies, “QQ Jelly” drinks, a wide variety of flavored teas served both hot and cold, plus the namesake lemon options, featuring kumquat, yogurt, and “pomelo & grapefruit lemon green tea.”
